Your Rights, Our Obligations, the Rules

By accessing, registering on, or using the f5555 platform at https://f5555.io (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and f5555 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Your continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the f5555 Privacy Policy and the f5555 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

To be eligible to register and use the f5555 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. f5555 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account suspended or terminated by f5555 for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of f5555 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

f5555 reserves the right to verify a player's eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence of age, identity, address, and source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active f5555 account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, f5555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending bonuses or winnings credited to those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes. f5555 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated account information provided by the player.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

f5555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point. KYC documentation is required before the first withdrawal is approved for all accounts. f5555 may request additional documentation at any time where it deems verification necessary for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or responsible gaming purposes.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f5555 account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your valid credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. f5555 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. You must notify f5555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

f5555 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly and credited to the player's f5555 account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to be reflected in the account balance depending on the originating bank. The minimum deposit amount on f5555 is ৳100. There are no deposit fees charged by f5555, though your payment provider may apply their own fees which are outside f5555's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets for verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to five business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the same legal name as the f5555 account. f5555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal to Payment Method of Deposit

f5555 applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals where technically feasible. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will ordinarily be returned to that same payment method. If a withdrawal to the original payment method is not possible, f5555 will contact the player to agree on an alternative withdrawal route.

4.5 Withholding of Funds

f5555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: pending completion of KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering; a dispute or chargeback initiated by the player; or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. f5555 will communicate any withdrawal hold to the player promptly and will endeavour to resolve the matter in a timely manner.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

f5555 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's terms. Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or cashed out early may not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

f5555 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse behaviours include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds in a calculated manner designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk; coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value; and providing false registration information to qualify for promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, f5555 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the affected account.

5.4 Promotion Modification and Withdrawal

f5555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited and accepted by a player in good faith, except where the player is found to have obtained the bonus through fraudulent means.

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on f5555 are subject to the f5555 Sportsbook Rules, which govern bet settlement, void conditions, in-play betting procedures, and the handling of postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. f5555 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit bet amounts at its sole discretion, including where a player is identified as a consistently profitable bettor whose activity is deemed commercially unsustainable.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Rules

Casino games and live dealer games on f5555 are governed by the rules of the respective game studio providing the content. Game-specific rules are available within each game's information panel. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. f5555 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of network or connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or human error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, incorrect game outcomes being recorded, or incorrect winnings being credited, f5555 reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and refund the original stake to the player's account. Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous display of odds or game conditions will not be honoured. f5555 will notify affected players as promptly as practicable in such circumstances.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set per game, per market, and per account tier. Applicable limits are displayed within the betting interface and game lobby. f5555 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions at any time based on betting patterns, account history, or risk management considerations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f5555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity in connection with real-world sporting events.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering funds through the Platform — depositing funds derived from criminal activity and withdrawing them to legitimise their origin.
• Using payment methods that you do not own or that are not registered in your legal name.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving the value of a deposit in the form of bets, winnings, or bonus funds.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the Platform without authorisation.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without f5555's prior written consent.

8.1 Suspension by f5555

f5555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity; or where required by applicable law.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their f5555 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed at the player's request, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be either satisfied or the bonus funds forfeited. Verified account balances in excess of the minimum withdrawal amount will be returned to the player's registered payment method within fifteen (15) business days of account closure confirmation.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the f5555 Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software forming part of the Platform; or use the f5555 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from f5555.

Any unauthorised use of f5555's intellectual property is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action. User-generated content submitted to the Platform (such as support communications) may be used by f5555 for quality assurance and training purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f5555, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

f5555's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f5555 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. f5555 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond f5555's reasonable control.

f5555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the f5555 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an f5555 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

f5555 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Payment credentials (bKash numbers, bank account details) are not stored in plaintext on f5555's servers — all financial data is handled through secure payment gateway integrations. f5555 will not sell, rent, or commercially share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties, except where required to fulfil the services you have requested, where required by law, or where you have provided explicit consent.

Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by f5555 by contacting [email protected]. f5555 will respond to data access and erasure requests within thirty (30) days of receipt, subject to any legal obligations that require retention of certain data categories.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without fully self-excluding.

f5555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made to the Agreement, f5555 will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required urgently for legal, security, or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of the f5555 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2 above.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming law as determined by f5555's jurisdiction of operation. f5555 operates as an offshore online betting platform and makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and f5555, the player should first contact f5555 support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the complaint. f5555 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
